NLP Skills - 4 Skills You Must Constantly Work On

As you learn NLP, you will find interesting debate their efforts on skills that will result in increased competition in the shortest time possible. In this article I will list five NLP skills you should focus on the continued development.

Let's see immediately on the first:

1. Calibration

This ability allows you to "read" people. Have you ever met anyone who claimed to know how he felt or what you thought, but I was totally wrong? This occurred because the person does not calibrate their proper status. Calibration is the process by which the state of a person whose physiology at any point in time is associated. You will see dramatic calibration take place in the World Championship of Poker. Each poker player is always looking "account", small specific behavior of other players who reveal what they think of their cards if they are bluffing or have a strong game.

2. Detection schemes

NLP is based models. As such, being a NLP Practitioner success, you must always look out for patterns. But what is a pattern? Let Gregory Bateson, one of the sponsors of NLP, to answer this question (after Whispering in the Wind, John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair)

any set of events or objects (for example, a sequence of phonemes, a painting or a frog or a culture) is said to contain "redundancy" or "model" if the total can be divided in any way " slash mark "so that a viewer perceives that what is on one side of the slash can do better than random guessing, which is the other side of the slash .... Or go to the perspective of a cyber observer, the information available on one side of the clamp bar) of reducing the probability of) bad guess.
This simply means that when you can predict behavior of a piece of what will happen, you have detected a pattern. For example, say you noticed that every time his uncle comes home, drive immediately to the kitchen for a cup of tea. You observe this behavior once, twice, three times and again. The next time your uncle comes home, we expect that will go to the kitchen for a cup of tea - and it does! Congratulations! It detected a pattern.
Now you need to apply this ability to detect outstanding performers excellence models.

3. Questioning

The quality of information you can gather directly correlated to the quality of the question you ask. Working at constant questioning skills? How can you be more specific? How can become more immersive? Specifically, what the other person means when he says "just feel the time?" Meta-model provides simple and useful tools to help you exercise your questioning skills. I will talk about the meta-model in more detail soon.

4. Reading eye cues access

If you have not yet encountered information about the signs of access of the eyes, do a search on Google for the term "eye accessing cues." I think NLP uses this terminology to describe this ability. Once you master the reading eye accessing cues, you can actually follow the thought process of those who interact with. You will be able to understand if you access your visual channel, auditory or kinesthetic.

Of course, these are not the only skills that should wear to develop their skills of NLP. These five responses provide a strong pointer to where you should focus your attention. Practical! Every day!
